NITESL shall develop a demand driven skilled work force of an international standard adaptable to the fast developing technologies consequent to globalization and a tariff free market converting the unskilled low-income labour force of Sri Lanka by adopting new strategies in training of trainers and curriculum development combined with research for new trends in employment.
